Do guests need to download an app?+
No. The QR code opens a simple upload page in the phone browser. Guests choose photos or videos and share them directly.
Do guests need a Pixevent account?+
No account, email, or sign-in is required for guests. Anyone you share the private event link or QR code with can upload, subject to your event settings.
Can Pixevent collect videos and guest messages too?+
Yes. Guests can share photos and videos, add their name, and leave an optional message in the same quick flow.
Is my event album public?+
No. Albums are private by default and available only through the event link or QR code. Hosts also control upload permissions and album visibility.
Can I download everything after the event?+
Yes. Hosts can preview, filter, select, and download uploads from the organizer dashboard, including downloading the complete album as a ZIP.
