How a wedding QR code for photos works

- 3
Guests upload all day
From the ceremony to the last dance — every guest photo lands in one place.
A private wedding guest photo album
Original photo and video quality
Guest phones capture great photos. Pixevent doesn't compress or downscale uploads, so what your guests shot is what you get back — full resolution, ready to print.
Private by default
Your wedding album isn't public. Only people with your QR code or link can view or upload, and you control moderation before anything is visible to other guests.
Where to put your QR code for wedding photos
Design it with the QR template designer, download it as PNG, SVG, or a print-ready PDF, and place it anywhere guests will see it.
Cast a live slideshow at the reception
Show guest photos on a screen as they're uploaded throughout the night — a built-in reason for guests to keep sharing.

Wedding photo sharing FAQ
How does a QR code for wedding photos work?+
You print one QR code on table cards, signs, or invitations. Guests scan it with their phone camera, choose photos and videos, and upload them straight into your private wedding guest photo album. No app or account needed.
Can guests upload throughout the whole wedding day?+
Yes. The same QR code works from getting-ready photos through the ceremony, reception, and last dance.
What if an older relative isn't comfortable with apps?+
There's no app to figure out. Scanning the QR code opens a simple web page — if they can open their phone's camera, they can upload.
Can we print the QR code on our invitations?+
Yes, download it as a high-resolution PNG, scalable SVG, or print-ready PDF, sized for invitations, table cards, or posters.
How is this different from a wedding group chat?+
No group chat to scroll through, no compressed images, and no guest needs to be added or have your number. Everyone's photos land in one private, downloadable album.
Does it work as a photo guest book?+
Yes. Each upload can include an optional name and a short message, so your wedding guest photo album doubles as a photo guest book.
How long can we keep the album?+
Every plan includes an upload window and a longer download window, each with free grace days. When your plan ends, your photos are kept, not deleted, and you can extend anytime. You can download the whole album as a ZIP.
